The item works as advertised and is a great time saver. also arrived quicker than expected BUT..... It did arrive damaged and the seller told me to fix it myself as the damage did not affect the workings of the machine. It was most likely damaged in transit. Not an issue when the product only cost $40.00 AU. it is an issue however when I paid $150.00 AU for shipping. The unit also does not sit flush on a flat surface- annoying if you are only processing a small amount of meat as you would have to secure it down. I will generally use larger amounts and secure it down anyway. Also no instructions - not a biggie as I had it figured out quickly. Product works for me but I would not use this supplier again based on delivery costs and the way they communicated when I advised the item arrived damaged hope this helps!
