PAS sensor does not work, tried pulse sensor and tried voltage sensor. Asked for wiring diagram but got no answer

The controller is not working. I ordered a second supposing the first was erroneous and same result with this one. Issue is that controller is not taking into consideration pulses from PAS sensor and consequently motor is not starting. Asked supplier for help, asking them to suggest PAS sensor that works with their controller. No suggestions from them. I tested it with 4 different sensors without success. Controller is feeding 5V to sensor. Sensor sends 0.7V pulses to controller, but nothing happening. SO DON'T BUY THIS CONTROLLER IT IS NOT WORKING WITH PAS SENSORS !!!!!
