The seller says they have the product ready to ship now. Would it be possible to restart the process? Without having to pay for it twice? Perhaps you could contact the seller and find out what went wrong.
Trying this order for the second time. Ali express cancelled the first transaction because they said the seller hadn’t shipped it by the required time. I then sent a message to the seller asking “What happened”. Seller sent a message back saying “We sent it to the express warehouse for shipping. Please reorder items”. The seller seems to be unable to understand what went wrong.
