works as described, like all of these video door bells there is a delay between a press and your phone getting the message, look for the reviews on these and make sure it's ok for you. I have only had this unit for one day, up to now the delay seems to be between 10 seconds and 20 seconds, I don't know if that will be worse on the mobile networks with lower signal strength. the repeater chime is loud but not quite enough to be fitted in a different room, maybe I have the TV too loud. I should have got 2. the delivery was faster than expected 16 day's to the UK I normally have to wait 30 days for aliexpress items.
