Item received as described. The charger is a little cheaply made but appears to do the job acceptably. I suspect this might be a simple time-based charger rather than one that monitors voltage. If it trickle charges the battery this should be fine, but I wouldn't use it for more than a couple of hours each time. (definitely no overnight charging)
