It works great, can be used as a Zigbee coordinator for Home Assistant with a custom firmware.

Looks like a good quality product, but it is for professionals. I learned later that you need to buy a very expensive software to develop with this board. I ended up not using it as I'm an enthusiast, not a professional. XBees are a much friendlier option.
