It is the correct product, but there are no instructions supplied on how to install it or exchange it. This would be very handy as I suspect that this is a printer bought for children and first time users. The company should look in to this and supply this information

Thank you, arrived very fast and good product! I love easythreed nozzle! Hopefully soon you will create a nozzle with the option for custom nozzle size. (Replaceable head)
