After 1/12 months of waiting ( the longest I ever experienced when buying on line) I received the item with damage (scratch) on the surface see pic. The item was poorly protected from the stress of transport. I told the seller way ahead to take care of the merchandise but still has damage when I received it. How can I buy from you guys again if the service is poor, I got a lot of friends riding a bike and will not recommend your company again.
