Sent white bottoms and not black Item is very cheap plastic and the inside of the bulb is cheap corn lighting or in other words they are junk. Apparently I found out today that our Dollarama sell glass ones for $2 Canadian or $1.20 USD and flicker the flame my h better. I don't recommend these as try your Dollar Tree in the USA and in Canada where I am try Dollarama as some stores have them at $2 each compare to the junk this seller sold at $6.82 each and not worth it at all and poor wiring under the bulb as one came opened but the plastic tops just pop off anyways . If you buy these your wasting your money.
