There is not enough explanation for the jack standard of the rear camera (4-pole 2.5mm, signal information, etc.) After receiving the product, I learned that the rear camera installed in my car could not be connected. So I haven't yet been able to connect the rear camera. You should write a more accurate description to the buyer.
I have NOT received my order yet. However seller on purposely marked my order as complete on December 17th 2020 while I am still waiting it to be delivered. I have repeatedly asked the seller to change my order status to be “waiting to be delivered” but never did it. Yesterday (Jan 06 2021) I asked again where is my order and I was told by the seller saying it’s waiting to be cleared by customs. But my order status still says “Finished” with buyer’s “confirmation received”. How ridiculous is that and who gave you the confirmation. Just word of caution when you order from this seller. Too much headache unnecessarily.
