Seller shipped fast with SingPost. The software from disc, TotalMedia 3.5 can tune transponders from 474 MHz to 530Mhz. Below 474 MHz can't pick any channels. In Romania my cable provider has transponders from 306 MHz. So instead watch channels from 26 transponders I can see only 5. With DVBVIEWER I was able to tune all transponders. From geniatech site TotalTVPlayer have has the options needed to tune all transponders. Seller is kind.
