Item as described, I receive v 1.3, shipping was fast, packed good. I set 4 stars for the Service, because basically, I want to buy a full set from Scaler, cables, buttons, power and speakers and expect for seller's help with its selection (because I'm not familiar with Scalers). As result - order was shipped as is and I need to buy rest of necessities in few other shops. Regarding Scaler board - yesterday I make a TV using it and a laptop screen - It works great, firmware was flashed w/o any issues, I test it with a local DVB-T2 channels and USB music/video - all works Ok! Movies from USB shown with sound - a big plus! Lot of settings in the Engineering menu allows to set up it with my laptop LCD. Sound is good for TV (but don't expect an extra bass). And it's fast - menu and especially TV channels changed very quickly. One negative moment - a processor appears very hot when its work, seems need some extra heat sink on it.
