Frame is good, the rails are OK except one is not running smooth (don't think they are genuine). PSU had a very loud fan, had to replace it. X/Y stepper motors were wrong wired. One of them is getting very hot, must look for a replacement. Heat bed is a joke, the connector is on the wrong side, so you can't use a whole area. Magnets are too weak to keep PEI sheet flat. Missing some screws, M5 T-nuts. Missing IR sensor cable, short TFT display cable. Motherboard and display are OK, but clones. Panels are only at one side black, other side is white. Side panels are not one piece, doesn't look so nice when mounted. 2 of 3 4010 vents are not turning well, 5015 blower is good. All together maybe worth 500-600$, never 820$. I have ordered a set, because I wanted to have all the need parts and not to wait long for shipping, but I couldn't finish yet, because of missing parts.
well packed, nothing was damaged in shipping, fast delivery (expensive shipping but fast), I've ordered the 665mm Z and there were some screws and nuts missing, lucky I had some from previous projects. I can't trust the rails are genuine hiwin, the Z rails don't roll smoothly at all. for what this printer costs I expected getting a filament runout sensor that costs like a dollar and a pack of zipties and maybe some sticky cable management loops. to summarize: I like the printer but missing hardware kinda let me down.
