Delivery pretty quick. Works OK, 12V+12.3V, 5V=%.01V. Not adjustment facility. Under load voltage is very stable and the unit produces little heat suggesting good efficiency. There is a fuse (although soldered). I tested short circuit protection works well. The Power supply soft-starts nicely. There is a Blue output LED. The output terminals are a little small with weak screws is my only criticism. I am using in security DVR I made, plenty of 12V power for DVR and feed to power cameras with night illumination. 5V is plenty for some accessories.
