My first review. Just had to. Cuz this is really a great pickup. Iuse it for my DIY 8 string lapsteel. Tried both bridge and neck in bridge pos, stayed with bridge for larger string space. It splits fantastic, you get both fat Gibson-ish and glassy Fender-ish sounds. See diagram for wiring, I think colours are Seymour Duncan style. Shiping was fast, about 3 weeks both times. To cut it short, it's not a lot of options out there for 8 string pu's. At this prize point it's really a no brainer.
