Tested OK in an Compaq Presario CQ61-ES. Wifi speed is 144Mbps max, as most web sites states, besides 802.11 a/b/g /n(5g wifi) selection. Works better in g mode. Far better than original wifi card. Worth the money. You must assure that your laptop is nos blocked or have a white list of aproved wifi cards that is allowed by laptop bios to work with it. I flashed a hacked whitelist disabled bios prior install wifi card.
