Defective or not as described. Customer service is horrible, they do not want to resolve the concerns, do not instruct or reply to their return/exchange or refund policy. The sellers store outsources the purchase from a local middle man and ships product from a local distributor, yet wants the item to be returned overseas. That shipping cost exceeds the value of the product. Knowing full well the product will not be returned and the refund will not be fulfilled. Absolute scam.
