Arrived malfunctioning and not working. The handles can not be opened, the seller did not help me fix the problem and did not send a new one. I'm very disappointed!

I haven't received the item after 4 months. I requested a refund but did not respond. I was given a lie saying "The product has arrived and is finished". I am amazed at the worst and worst vendors. Return the money as soon as possible.
