temperature controller is accurate & works flawless , arrived in time

The product look very good,and indicate temp very good! BUT..... the instruction for temperature settings on the seller page are not real. When I press for 3 seconds the up or down buttons, nothing happend, the procedure is totaly different, found on youtube. And another problem for me is that I want to keep the temp. between 20 and 30 degree, but the lower temp. can be set at max. than 10 degrees, wich is to low for me... So...or my product is not working well, or the products are not the same like in seller descriptions.
