I'm satisfied, good value for money. They are galvanically isolated as claimed; I've bought non-isolated ones from different vendors on Ali that claimed to be isolated. But these are the real deal. The ripple voltage is pretty okay: at lower loads, it's about 50-70 mVrms and 300 mVpp. From 600 mA up, it starts to rise. At 800 mA it's already 100 mVrms and 500 mVpp, and it gets a bit worse above that. But it will happily do the rated currents, just a bit noisy at high currents. I've tried three of these and they all perform similar.
