It arrived in about a month, well packed in bubble plastic. But what can go wrong: it's almost all metal. I like the goods. I have ordered several clamps before, it's some kind of alloy, and it will grip anything you want it to grip, firmly. The ball head is small, but not the super-mini kind. It's actually strong. Better than the magic arm I ordered before.... So if you need something with reach and flexibility, better order this ball head and a small solid screw-on lengthening rod. The 1/4 male to 3/8 male screw came with it. But as a surprise: this is actually a 4 piece shipment: at the underside of the ball head, I discovered a 1/4 to 3/8 screw insert adapter. With this set, you will have very decent equipment to hang up a decent camera and clamp it anywhere. All in all I very much recommend this.
