The seller does not deserve 5 stars! The machine is super 5 *! It looks like a very aesthetic and quality material. I don't think it's loud. It cleans with great efficiency with this rotating brush. I spend a lot of charging time. I had a problem with the delivery time. I asked for an EU shipment. Theoretically, the package should have arrived within 10 days. After two weeks, I received a new package number. Referring to the package left in the corner at the DHL warehouse. :-)))) Why do you need a new number of cats? I do not find the objection credible.
