The skirt is perfect and super long just like the picture! It has 3 layers of tulle and then a layer of solid fabric. The waist band is about 2 inches thick and the skirt is about 7.5 feet long which is 90 inches, from the waist band to the end of the skirt. Communication was ok but shipping took about 2 months to the USA.
