The title says DPS5005 Communication Power Supply. The splash screen on startup shows DP50V5A. Looks like it has rather old firmware V1.5D which does not support communication. e.g. holding the up arrow while powering on does not bring up the data setting menu. (there is no connector on pcb, but the pins/place is marked, and you can solder your own wires ... but it is not doing anything as fw does not support it).
