it comes well packed, tubes included, nice quality built and looks very nice, small quick manual is included, but required dipswitch settings not well explained, how to set. I have mm element on my record playet, so assume this switch need to be on, for the impedance setting i have no clue if this only affects the headphone or also the pre amp phono stage. still need to test
