The seller was very communicative about the product features prior to purchase and throughout tracking the shipment. However, the package did take 2 months and 1 weeks to arrive to California. The same brand could be found on Amazon at the same price with less than 1 weeks shipping which I did not realize until after the item was shipped out. Aside from the prolonged delivery time the product is great quality; solid heavy steel, 2 water stream modes, adjustable pressure and simple installment. No tools were needed to install. You will not regret the purchase of a bidet. My favorite item in the restroom now :)
