I've been using this for around a month now and it still have a chemical smell to it, I assumed this would go away. The foam used is very poor and doesn't go back to its original size when decompressed, this leaves you with a flat donut shaped pillow which doesn't really elevate you much, especially after an hour or so of use.

never received the product, seller kept on avoiding the refund, seller was rude, took weeks to get my money back.
