it is a polyester dress coated with lace like top and arms. its a pretty dress , more for ladies than for girls- a conservative old fashioned look . The brazier in sowed in which makes it comfortable to wear THE MAJOR DOWNFALL ARE THE SCRATCHY SLEEVES i am considering taking the sleeves off , that will also give it a younger look. i mean if the scratchiness won't fade after washing the sleeves overall , it's not the best bargain for your buck .
