My dog bed was ripped at arrival. The seller offered me a return for own costs to get a refund. Shipping costs are double the price so a no go. I repared it on my own costs and they refuse to pay the Euro 5 for that and then the seller was offering me a toy for my dog as a sollution. I accepted that offer and now they refuse to sent me something only with my next order NO WAY!!!!
