THE PRODUCT IS VERY SMALL THAN EXPECTED OR SHOWN IN THE PICTURES, IS NOT HEATING UP WELL IT TAKES HOURS FOR THE MEAT TO BE READY. I DIDN’T RECEIVE ONE OF THE PART SHOWN IN THE PICTURE.

Its heat is a little bit weak but it works well. The seller give us electric converter(to 220v) so dont worry about that.
