Shipping was very very fast. Great product, been using it nearly every day. I dump the first 100ml and it takes 3.5hrs and I get 3L. I use a timer to switch it off early and leave some water in the bottom which makes it easy to clean. Even made some alcohol from a ginger ferment which I use to make soda. I bought the one with two led screens. The first shows the temperature you set and the other shows the current temperature of the water. You can see at a glance when the water will start to drop as it climbs to 100 degrees. The distiller temperature can be set from 45-108 degrees. When you turn it on, it does not automatically start, you must press the reset button so you cannot set it with a timer to start in the middle of the night. Only downside was that it came with a large dent that I was able to push out a bit. Seller refunded some money. Great distiller, great seller. Very pleased.
Packaged with broken packaging material. Large stickers on glass jar very difficult to remove. The fan was hitting the housing HARD out of the box and did not turn freely, I had to repair it by bending a fan blade before it could even be used. Cap on glass jar does not align with dripping water, small drops run down the side of the jar. Jar handle needs to be assmebled by buyer, screws are way too long. Plug adapter falls out of wall socket, useless. Silicone foot of glass jar falls off all the time, useless. It could be a good product. It seems designed well, but it arrived here not working and needing to be repaired so I could even use it for the first time, and lots of things are not done well. Dubious shipping issues, seller evaded important questions, took many weeks longer to arrive than was advertised. The machine is working now, finally. But overall a frustrating experience. I'm sorry, this is the truth.
