This store responded my order quickly, 2 days preparing. Used 9 days delivery to my place. The parcel quiet pounded and no protection, but the products come in correctly and well condition. Relatively easy to assemble. one of chair-mounting joints is a little slippery. Arm rest mousepad as description if chair arm rest are thicker than 7.5 cm can't use nuts , has to use cable tides (also in the package). Overall, I like this product.
