Product quality is very good, this is a strongly built laptop stand. Item received had some scratches on the paint as noted by another customer review, but nothing too serious. Only giving 3 stars because the tray for the model I ordered (DL-MD10LP) was out of stock, but the seller decided to send me another tray design (see photo) without informing me! The measurements are different (300mm x 290mm). I requested for an exchange but was told I had to wait 30 days for new stock to arrive. In the end, I had no choice but to accept a 6.5% (USD1.50) partial refund.
