item never arrived, spoke to nz post and they sent an email saying they had lost the package, informed the seller and they said I could open a dispute. once I opened dispute they refused the refund saying it was at the post office.....even though they had the official letter saying it was lost in the post. when I questioned the seller about this they stopped responding to me..... Ali express took the sellers side saying I did not provide the evidence.... I couldn't believe it, this was complete lies! I then waited for the payment protection to expire (over 3 months) and opened a dispute again....ali express denied the refund request saying to contact the post office.....wtf!! after much stress and again pointing out the evidence they finally agreed that I get refunded...... BEWARE!! if your package gets lost the seller doesn't give a shit! in fact they will try and refuse your refund! I will never again order from this seller and advise you to buy elsewhere.
