The instructions supplied are grossly inadequate. Make sure you, 1. Attach the hour, minute and second hands in the 12 o'clock position as precisely as you can. 2. Insert the batteries. 3. Pull out the "Locating pin" (it's the whitish round knob sticking out at the back of the box). Just pull it straight out. 4. When the hands stop moving, set up the WiFi settings for the clock using the instructions supplied. If the batteries need to be changed, DO NOT move the hands. The clock will automatically set the time once the new batteries are in.
Item arrived pretty quick. User manual grossly inadequate. There were no instructions on the mechanical installation. The programming instructions were reasonable but the English was poor. In particular one very important step (removing the "Locating Needle") was omitted. Seller did respond to queries but was slow (hours to a day). Also gave future discount for missing clock hands.
