Sellers often does not exchange or refund. Claiming it was a consumer's mistake, or lying. But this seller is different. He responds with perseverance and gives the best support. At first, the product has problem. The screen didn't come out. (I actually gave up. 'cause I didn't know how to explain it to the seller) But he saw my troubles and sent me some replacement parts again. And then I succeeded. Good!!! He is one of the cool sellers I've ever met. I should buy in this store from now on.
