Update... I asked the seller about this but got no reply so far. So the problem is this - I had a failure rate of over 25% no matter how careful I was with preparation and handling, and my environment is spotless and perfectly flat. These seem to develop random cracks across the middle of the cell which show up after you solder them together (using the correct tabs and a proper soldering station). I have to wonder if I should be buying full cells and cut them myself.
