The panel arrived from Germany warehouse with a broken corner (the panel looks to be made of something like a gibson board) about 5 - 10 cm each direction and the bezel around the panel is bent. With regards to the heat it produces i must say that its barely noticeable from 10 - 20 cm away, i am not sure if thats how its intended to operate, but it may also be due to the panel being partially broken. Its my first experience with infrared panel and unfortunately it's a very bad one !
