No problem with the seller, transaction was ok. This feedback is related to the USR device, it is a very bad deal. By RS485 side there is no way to establish communication with partner, by ethernet side is working as web server, but unfortunately is not able to handshake data with PLC. Device is Unable to manage Modbus TCP telegram. Very bad documentation on the USR website, the user manual is poor. The "RSxxx test software" is totally useless... it's not working, there is no on-line errors list, english version is not completely translated from chines language. Bad experience with USR, I'm totally unsatisfied.
