when the actual payment ($13.39) is doubled the airbill (USD4.92 about $6.7), I doubted the wrong or lower category of the kitchen scale was dispatched. Contacted the seller who replied without any clarification to the doubt. No choice but to the dispute, the Aliexpress requested evidence to prove, (dispute opened with a pic of the airbill clearly marking USD4.91), I'm not sure what evidence is required further than the crystal clear air bill. Or Aliexpress team cannot read although see the bill. Here, I re-load the bill. The way handling the dispute is not accepted. The scale looks ok, therefore I do not require the full refund but the refund to close the gap.
