This item did not arrive. It was way past the promised delivery time before I finally get my refund. Live customer service was very helpful-BUT THAT WAS FOR SHOW ONLY. Told me I would receive a email follow up but I never received it. After that, I was unable to get live help except for the robot help - go round and round - useless!! Seller can renew delivery time and I have to wait all over again. AliExpress sucks BIG TIME once something goes wrong with delivery. Jack Ma, please do something!!

Worst experience in AliExpress!! Paid extra for shipping but item NEVER ARRIVED!! Waited 100 days before dispute concluded. Still waiting for refund. This experience made me lose confidence in AE.
