The person who ordered these from me received them directly due to my drop shipping service. She sent me pictures last night and wants a full refund because the items were damaged or not what she wanted. the black purse has a large white line across the bag that is noticeable and the straps on the brown bag are bright orange and not anything what the picture on your site looks like. This was my first transaction and already a failure. I am completely embarrassed that this lady received such poor quality bags and now I have to refund her and I want a refund as well, for the full amount, and not have to pay shipping to return them, as the cost of shipping is more than the price of the bags. So disappointed and humiliated. I have attached the photos she sent me in her request for a full refund.
