the duster is well made. it looks as in the picture. the size is as described but it cannot reach all the way to back of my sofa. it is my fault for not checking the length of the duster before buying it. the given paper cloth is of good quality as it ccan pick up the dust and hairs in all these narrow gaps. the paper is also wide and big enough to cover the whole head of the duster. the latch of the duster is of good design as it is big and it allows you to hold the paper tight and in place for cleaning. i did not communicate with the seller as there is no need to. it took 19 days to reach home in Singapore. i bought it on 11 Nov. head is made of softer material so that it allows you some flexibility to blend it.
give him 5 stars eventhough did not receive the good cause great communication with the seller. and immediate refund
