Even saying a 1-season bag would be a bit of a stretch, but I purchased it to use as a shell for a considerable quantity of down from a old bag that disintegrated. Don't want to throw out all that down, and so the bag meets my minimal expectations. For most of the bag the fill is about as thick as a t-shirt so I will leave it in and give the down something to hang onto.
