I contacted the seller to let them know 1 of the hand pieces included in my purchase did not work properly, the seller requested a video. I prepared the video and sent it back but days passed, I did not hear from them and my dispute time run out waiting on a reply. The request for the video seems very unreasonable in my case as the broken piece is a precision tool and there is not much to capture as the tool suffers from interior damage. I thought this was an unreasonable request as I was only looking to replace part of my order not the whole thing. All I basically wanted was an exchange. Do not buy from this seller, they will dodge you until your dispute times run out and you cannot do anything beyond that.
