Excellent surface finish and sharp as usual. The metal is mirror finished and wood handle surface had been polished extremely shiny. There are no sharp edges on the spine and bolster area. so, fingers will not be scratched. The wood handle is nicely oiled, which is a total surprise for a Chinese cleaver with wood handle. Highly recommended.
