I'm not professional but hobbist..the product is packed very good..the battery came 50% charged..I have not used it yet but it feel good. there are 2 speeds the battery has indicator for how much % its charge. its build and feel pretty good not as the top brands but not bad at all. the package came within 2 weeks.
