Declared time of estimated Delivery Time was 4-10 Days with shipping from Israel. I wait much more but till to day they can't tell me where the package is. I did not get a courier note or SMS message. I check in local delivery center There is no package with tracking number XLT995574886 I tried to reach exelot.com on their phones , sent an emails but they never answer. From Deco I received only picture from exelot site without any usable information. Ali Express Team have made the incorrect judgement to and close the dispute. I am very upset with the poor service I receive I haven't received the item and lost my money.
