it is a 220V kettle, can't use in N America, part of advertise say it is 110-220V. it spend 30min to boil one kettle water here , want to return and refund, seller never reply me they will pay the return shipping expense, Aliexpress representative make wrong decision to refuse my refuse. Very disappointed.
