I placed the order with this seller since they offered shipment from Russia (there were offers at lower price), since I needed this item before Dec 31, 2019 (to dry my ski boots). Actually the seller shipped the order from China only on Dec 26, 2019. As the result the item arrived only in the end of Jan 2020, when I came back from vacation. I tried to contact the seller, but they never respond my request. Very poor customer service.
